This stunning renaissance-style theatre is the oldest surviving playhouse on Shaftesbury Avenue's famous 'theatre row'. The Lyric Theatre has, thanks to a great deal of TLC, retained much of its original architecture and features. Located in the heart of the West End, there's a huge choice of restaurants, bars, hotels and amazing attractions within a short distance. But because it's bang in the centre of theatreland it can get very busy – don't forget to book your show tickets early and turn up in good time.

An amazing and absorbing show from start to finish. Amazing cast, singing, story telling, music and dance and on stage fabulous musicians too. The whole package!

Interesting Night at the Theatre
It has a style of its own, wouldn't see it twice but I was entertained. Sat in the gods so it didn't cost much either (£35 per ticket isn't bad for a West End theatre)

The most amazing show of the season!
Absolutely stunning interpretation of Greek legend, amazing jazz music, vivid characters, clever script. Must be seen by every thinking human of any age. Lots of joy!
